Reputation in AI and the press

Your name, accurately told
in search, AI answers and the press.

When someone asks a search engine or an AI assistant about you, the answer is assembled from sources you may never have read. We read them first, correct what can be corrected, and keep the record straight.

A Polokwane desk, a printed press page and a search result side by side: the three places your record lives.

An answer is only as good as the record behind it.
Most reputation damage we see is not malice. It is an old figure, a misspelt surname or a story from 2016 that nobody ever updated.

What we do

Three places to be
described correctly

01

Search results

We map what appears on the first three pages of Google for your name and company, separate fact from noise, and fix what sits within your control: profiles, directories, structured data and outdated listings.

02

AI answers

ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot repeat what they can find and trust. We test the questions people actually ask about you, trace each claim to its source and strengthen the sources that are accurate.

03

Press and media

We monitor coverage, including stories on news24 and regional titles, and request corrections through proper editorial channels where facts are wrong. We never ask for coverage to be removed because it is unflattering.

Client story

01

From 600 unverified suppliers
to a defensible view

A Limpopo agricultural logistics group found that an AI assistant described it as linked to dozens of suppliers it had never worked with, drawing on old directory pages and a misread news24 article.

Suppliers listed against the group online

Before: 600, mostly unverified  ·  After: 74, each confirmed

AI answers with a factual error about ownership

Before: 9 of 12 test questions  ·  After: 1 of 12

Open correction requests with publishers

Before: None  ·  After: 11 filed, 10 resolved

We began by logging every claim made about the group across search, AI answers and press, then checked each against its registration records and contracts.

Directory owners corrected their listings, the publisher amended one article after an evidenced request, and the group published a verified supplier page that AI tools now cite.

The work took 14 weeks. The group now reviews its record each quarter with us.
